• One person or entity may maintain only one account

Payments for campaigns are handled through our secure payment system. We may charge a service fee for facilitating transactions between Brands and Influencers.

6.3 Taxes

Users are responsible for determining and paying any applicable taxes on their earnings or transactions through the platform.

Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of information as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and related rules.

We strive to provide uninterrupted service but cannot guarantee 100% uptime. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

We facilitate connections between users but are not party to any agreements between Influencers and Brands. We are not responsible for the conduct or performance of users.

8.3 Content Accuracy

We do not verify the accuracy of user-generated content and are not responsible for false or misleading information posted by users.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FusedLogic Innovations Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claims related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FusedLogic Innovations Private Limited from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your content or conduct on the platform
• Your violation of any rights of another party

11.1 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
